God, your father, to be my father. I want a personal relationship with you.  I confess my sins, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe that you died for my sins and rose from the dead. From this day forward, I put my faith in You, I accept You as my Lord, My Savior, and My Friend.  I believe the Word of God is true and a guide for my life. Amen
