Our Statement of Belief
Bible Deliverance stands firm on the conviction that the Bible—every one of its sixty-six canonical books—is the inspired, infallible, and error-free Word of God, the ultimate guide for faith and life. Because we are convinced of its divine authority, we are committed to ensuring that in all our ministry efforts, we adamantly encourage everyone to read it for themselves, as scripture instructs:
"Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15)
WE BELIEVE
-
In One God, the Creator and Sustainer of all things, eternally existing in three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equal in power and glory.
-
From the very beginning, God granted mankind dominion over the earth, entrusting us as stewards of His creation (Genesis 1:26-28). With this authority comes great responsibility, and we believe that every individual will one day give an account of how they have managed what God has placed in their hands (Romans 14:12).
-
Despite God's perfect plan, sin entered the world through Adam and Eve’s disobedience, plunging humanity into separation from Him. Yet, in His unfailing love, God enacted a divine plan of redemption—not from a distance, but by stepping into the earthly realm Himself. God, who is Spirit (John 4:24), clothed Himself in flesh to save us from ourselves. He did not revoke the authority He had given mankind; instead, He honored His own divine order by taking on human form—Jesus Christ, the epitome of holiness and righteousness (Philippians 2:6-8).
-
Jesus, the eternally pre-existent Son, was born of the Virgin Mary, fully divine and fully human. He lived a sinless life, died as our substitute, and shed His blood for the forgiveness of sins. On the third day, He rose bodily from the dead, ascended to the Father, and interceded for us. He will return, personally and visibly, to fulfill God’s eternal plan (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).
-
The Holy Spirit applies Christ’s work to believers, renewing us through justification, sanctification, and glorification. In response to salvation, we are called to live righteously, bear the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), and spread the Gospel through word and action.
-
God was intentional and purposeful when He gifted mankind with free will. His love is never forced; He desires that, out of reciprocated love, we trust that His will and ways are not only pleasing to Him but also the absolute best for mankind. Because we honor God’s gift of free will, we reject manipulation, coercion, or spiritual elitism and do not seek to compromise anyone’s right to choose how they govern their lives as individuals (Joshua 24:15).
-
At the end of the age, the dead will rise—the righteous to eternal joy in God’s presence and the wicked to eternal separation (John 5:28-29).
-
Marriage is a covenant between one man, one woman, and God Almighty, a sacred union reflecting His divine purpose (Genesis 2:24).
-
The dominion given to mankind also carries the responsibility of choosing our earthly leaders (1 Timothy 3). As stewards of God’s creation, we are called to exercise wisdom, discernment, and accountability in this charge.
-
Every ministerial calling is built upon the foundational purpose of proclaiming the uncompromised truth of God's Word, living as faithful stewards of what He has entrusted to us, and standing as witnesses of His power, grace, and salvation to all who have ears to hear.
Through all that we believe, teach, and do, Bible Deliverance remains steadfast in our mission: to uphold the Word of God, operate in His divine order, and be vessels of His truth, love, and righteousness in the earth.

The Story & Mission of Bible Deliverance
In 1977, Bishop Brady Lee Smith planted the seeds of what would become Bible Deliverance Church—not in the safe confines of tradition, but in the wild, untamed terrain of the unconventional. The mission? To take the gospel where others wouldn’t, using nontraditional methods to teach the Word of God and raise up disciples for Jesus Christ.
Bible Deliverance didn’t just preach about deliverance; it set out to be the hands and feet of Christ, reaching those labeled “unreachable.” The lost, the forgotten, the disfellowshipped, the rejected, the seekers, the skeptics, and even those tangled in false doctrines—we saw them not as problems but as souls worth saving.
Our foundation? The absolute Word of God—no additives, no fluff, no compromise, just pure, unshakable truth is the ultimate means of guidance and deliverance for all mankind.
From Tent Poles to Wi-Fi Signals
Back in the day, we literally took ministry to the streets. Every summer, for two whole months, we pitched our tent, not just for shelter but as a commitment to evangelism and reaching people with the Gospel. Our tent services unintentionally declared that the gospel was too powerful to be contained inside four walls. And we saw the fruits of our labor as people came hungry for truth and left transformed.
Fast forward to today, the Gospel, with all its consistency, is still too powerful to be contained inside four walls; our “tent” has now gone digital. Now, we set up camp online, streaming podcasts, publishing No Additives, our digital magazine, and reaching hearts worldwide, one click at a time. Different tools, same mission: to deliver the unfiltered truth of God’s Word.
A Church Beyond the Tradition of Church
We proudly acknowledge that plenty of churches exist in every city and state, but not everyone feels comfortable walking into one. That’s why we go beyond the walls, committed to engaging in real, honest, and sometimes uncomfortable conversations. We know faith isn’t about avoiding tough questions, but it’s about answering them.
Bible Deliverance stands on evangelism that makes sense, righteousness that’s consistent, and discipleship that’s fearless. We don’t just believe in the power of God; we showcase it. When the body of Christ moves together, we don’t just survive; we walk in dominion.
And that’s what Bible Deliverance has been about since day one. No gimmicks. No compromises. Just the Gospel, loud, clear, and ready to reach the world.

The Significance of Our Green Leaf
The symbolism of a green leaf, with corresponding biblical references:
1. Life and Growth
-
Renewal and Vitality: A green leaf symbolizes life and the vitality that comes from God. Just as a tree with healthy, green leaves is flourishing, so too does a person rooted in God's Word grow spiritually.
Biblical Reference: “He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.” (Psalm 1:3) -
New Beginnings: Green leaves can symbolize fresh starts and spiritual renewal. The seasons of life, like the changing of the seasons in nature, remind us of God’s power to bring about new beginnings.
Biblical Reference: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)
2. Fertility and Abundance
-
Prosperity: A green leaf is a symbol of God's blessing and abundance. Just as a tree bears fruit and its leaves are full and green, so too do those who trust in God experience spiritual and material abundance.
Biblical Reference: “The righteous flourish like the palm tree and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. They are planted in the house of the Lord; they flourish in the courts of our God.” (Psalm 92:12-13) -
Fruitfulness: In the Bible, green leaves often represent fruitfulness and productivity in one’s life. This is a symbol of bearing good fruit in accordance with God’s will.
Biblical Reference: “By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.” (John 15:8)
3. Health and Healing
-
Wholeness and Wellness: Green leaves, symbolic of nature's healing powers, remind us of God’s healing touch, both physically and spiritually. His Word brings life and health to those who receive it.
Biblical Reference: “The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” (Revelation 22:2) -
Balance and Restoration: God’s creation, represented by the green leaf, is perfectly balanced and restored through His grace. When we align with God's purposes, we experience His peace and healing.
Biblical Reference: “He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” (Psalm 23:3)
4. Resilience and Endurance
-
Strength: Just as a green leaf signifies a thriving, healthy tree, so does it symbolize spiritual strength and resilience. Believers who trust in God can endure trials and challenges with His strength.
Biblical Reference: “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green.” (Jeremiah 17:7-8) -
Continuity: The green leaf represents God’s faithfulness and His eternal nature. Life continues and flourishes because of God’s enduring promises.
Biblical Reference: “I know that whatever God does endures forever; nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it. God has done it, so that people fear before him.” (Ecclesiastes 3:14)
5. Spiritual Growth and Renewal
-
Spiritual Awakening: The green leaf is a metaphor for spiritual renewal and growth, symbolizing the believer's journey toward deeper understanding and intimacy with God.
Biblical Reference: “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” (2 Peter 3:18) -
Connection to Nature: The green leaf also reminds us of our connection to God’s creation and the need to live in harmony with it. God's provision is evident in every living thing.
Biblical Reference: “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made.” (Romans 1:20)
6. Biblical Symbolism
-
Righteousness: In the Bible, a green leaf is often used to represent the righteousness of those who follow God. Like a healthy tree, their lives bear the evidence of God's grace and righteousness.
Biblical Reference: “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and whoever captures souls is wise.” (Proverbs 11:30) -
Hope and Restoration: The green leaf can symbolize hope and the promise of restoration. After the flood, the olive leaf brought back by the dove was a sign that life was being renewed on the earth.
Biblical Reference: “And the dove came back to him in the evening, and behold, in her mouth was a freshly plucked olive leaf. So Noah knew that the waters had subsided from the earth.” (Genesis 8:11)
In summary, the green leaf is rich in biblical symbolism, representing life, growth, abundance, healing, resilience, spiritual renewal, righteousness, and hope. It serves as a reminder of God's provision, faithfulness, and the transformative power of His grace.
